Upon receiving delivery of the goods, the buyer must immediately check the correct goods have been received and are not damaged. If there is any issue with the order the buyer must inform Hydro Crop Shop within 5 working days.
If there is a defect with any items in the order, the seller may require photographic evidence and/or explanation of the defect before approving a return. Once the return is approved for a defect, the buyer will be provided with a return label at no charge which can be used to return the goods. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully package the goods and bring them to the necessary post office or courier depot for shipment back to the seller.
Once the return is successfully received by the seller the buyer will either be refunded in full including any delivery charges or a replacement item sent.
If the buyer wishes to cancel their order despite the correct goods being shipped and none of the goods being defective they have 14 days to inform us they would like to cancel the order. If no notification is received by Hydro Crop Shop within 14 days of the order being placed the buyer forfeits the right to return.
Once notification has been received that the buyer would like to cancel the order, we will approve the order cancellation. The buyer then has a further 14 days to return the goods, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the goods back to us. Once the goods have been safely returned a refund will be issued, not including any delivery costs paid by the buyer.
